I would tell them that it is a wonderful place to live if you like peace and quiet. I love the convience of the laundry room being right downstairs, however, it is very inconvient to have to walk all the way to building one to fill the card; esp. during bad weather. Maintaince around here is also very good. They are always right prompt when there are any problems and take care of an issue very seriously.

Never saw a bug yet! Love that, that is so important to me. I feel very safe no matter what time I come and go. Place is well lit, love the balcony. Only compliant, is traffic getting out of development in morning.

The community is a very nice area to live. The maintenance and leasing staff are wonderful. The neighbors are friendly and pleasant. The grounds are very well kept. Very convenient location - easy parkway & turnpike access and many stores around the development.

I would tell them its nice and comfortable and my kids like it here too.

It's quiet, close to everything. Feels like home.

amazing its like a gated community

It is a family-oriented, peaceful place nestled right off Route 9. The supers are fantastic and work hard to get maintence issues handled in a very prompt manner. During the snowy season, they are hard at work through the night making sure that the main driveways are clear for us to travel on. Polly and Patty are great in the office and are very helpful and friendly. I've lived here for nearly 7 years and have overall been very satisfied with my decision to move and live here.

Peaceful with good neighbors

It is a very quiet area. Lots of stores in the area. Very convenient to the parkway.

I would tell them that the apartments are nice and the location is close to the turnpike and parkway. The Leasing and Maintenance Staff are friendly and reliable and the grounds are well kept.

Very quite and safe

maintenance is fast, people are pleasant open parking spots are excellent instead of assign parking but when a car takes two spots intentionally, that is aggravating.

It is a great place to live. It is a small community so everyone gets to know each other and people look out for each other. I'm a single mom living with my daughter and I feel safe here. The apartments are nice and when ever you need something, matenance comes quickly. I also like the fact that we can control our own heat. The landscaping is beautiful and well kept. Andrew and Jarek did such an awsome job with all this snow! I wish we could all take up a collection and send them someplace warm for a vacation. I raised 2 children here, now they are grown. The schools are good and we are close to everything!!!!
